The simulators are serviced by Faros Simulation System Private Limited (FSS), headquartered in Delhi. FSS brings Faros closer to Indian customers and provide them impeccable after sales service through two tier service support system. FSS has its own Resident Engineers located at Delhi (north India), Ahmedabad (west India) and Chennai (south India). The field engineers are backed up by the engineers from FAROS, France provide active online support for any specific customer needs.
