Faros Simulators use the internationally best technology which is adapted to Indian conditions and driving environment, and are supported by extensive two tier service support network.
The simulators are serviced by Faros Simulation System Private Limited (FSS), headquartered in Delhi. FSS brings Faros closer to Indian customers and provide them impeccable after sales service through three tier service support system. FSS has its own Resident Engineers located at Delhi (North India); Pune, Ahmedabad (West India) and Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore (South India). The field engineers are supported by the engineers in Delhi. In eventuality of further support required, engineers from FAROS, France provide active online support for any specific customer needs.
