F 2000 series trainers come with Faros LVX Software version 1.0, which incorporate active control of all basic dash board features including complete instrument cluster, and control of gear, hand brake, brake/ clutch/ accelerator pedals etc.

Curriculum
Faros simulators offered by FSS incorporate exhaustive training curriculum developed in association with British School of Motoring, and customised for India in consultations with Maruti and Institute of Driver Training and Research. A trainee learns from the very basics to advanced requirements of city driving, taken through the complete course vide four menus:
MENU 1
A trainee gets initiated with the learning of all basic controls like: Steering wheel, Stopping, Changing Gears, and more.
MENU 2
Second phase focuses on perfecting gears, accelerating, braking and emergency stops.
MENU 3
Third phase focuses on turning skills: like turning right, turning left, and emerging left and right.
MENU 4
Fourth phase gives a full fledged exposure to city roads where one can drive in a simulated city, and check his driving skills with complete assessment results.
