Full driver cabin, full windshield view
FSS HV simulator incorporates Faros Simulation Software adapted to the Heavy Vehicles, i.e. truck or bus, built on the real cabin of Ashok Leyland vehicle. All cabin controls of the real vehicle are integrated with the Faros Simulation Software. The visual is on 6 by 8 feet screen giving real life experience.

Exclusive training on each and every control of a Heavy Vehicle, like steering, clutch, accelerator, gear lever, handbrake etc Simulates all lighting controls, i.e. high and low beam, dipper, emergency stop lights, indicators etc. Driving in different weather conditions like rain, fog; daytime and night time. Curriculum
FSS HV sim offered by FSS incorporate exhaustive training curriculum. A trainee learns from the very basics to advanced requirements of city and highway driving, taken through the complete course vide four menus:
MENU 1
A trainee gets initiated with the learning of all basic controls of a bus or truck like: Steering wheel, Stopping, Changing Gears, and more.
MENU 2
Second phase focuses on perfecting gears, accelerating, braking and emergency stops.
MENU 3
Third phase focuses on turning skills: like turning right, turning left, and emerging left and right.
MENU 4
Fourth phase gives a full fledged exposure to city roads where one can drive in a simulated city and a highway, and check his driving skills with complete assessment results.
Trainee is introduced to different lighting, weather and traffic conditions, and to 10 most hazardous situations, which are responsible for accidents.
