SkillEducation division of Faros offers value added services of providing training to corporates and other customers to enhance skills of their existing Drivers/ Operators. Training is customised for the industry and to client specific needs, and distributed over all three modes: classroom training, simulator training and on-road training; with pre and post training assessments or customised learning scenarios. The training programme is built for customer needs out of modules chosen out of Faros Training Toolkit of Defensive Driving, Fuel Economy Driving, Risky Situation Management, and/or custom built scenarios based on the user requirement. Faros has conducted on site training for Corporates to provide refresher courses to their fleet.
